Receiving & Inspection
Our services include off-loading inbound items, uncartoning/uncrating, thoroughly inspecting for damage or flaws, blanket wrapping, shrink-wrapping (if necessary), placing into storage and if necessary supporting the processing of claims for damage found upon inspection. Upon receipt all items are barcoded and clients receive an automated email notification informing them that their product has arrived.
During inspection, all furniture is photographed. If damage is present, we shoot 3 photos of each impacted area plus a “full view” which we annotate so you know where the damage occurred. Clients will also receive an automated email notification post inspection.
Our warehouse accepts deliveries M-F 8:30-2:30 during which time there is a forklift operator on-site to guarantee receiving of any/all deliveries.
