A History of Right Way Receiving & Delivery

Scott Jaworski and Justin Fecteau, husbands of two interior designers, founded Right Way Receiving & Delivery Co. in 2018. Having this first-person view and perspective of the industry, its challenges and opportunities has proven invaluable as Scott and Justin set out on a mission to advance and improve the receiving and delivery industry. The business first and foremost is to provide a trusted, transparent and efficient receiving and delivery service with an uncompromisingly high-level of customer service on behalf of our clientele – interior designers, builders, manufacturers and homeowners.

In 2025, Right Way Receiving & Delivery merged with Mother Lode Van & Storage. President

Louis Lane left the world of commercial real estate and finance to join the transportation and logistics industry. He brought with him an obsession with providing exceptional customer experience and a new perspective on corporate culture.  Day-to-day you can find Louis managing key accounts, working with his team to realize efficiencies and opportunities for growth, and even in the warehouse unloading a truck or in the field helping with a move.

 

Daniel Vallas

Terminal Manager

Daniel has been with right way since 2020. With his extensive background in dispatch, event coordination and account management; he quickly became an integral part of the team. In less than 4 years, Daniel was directly responsible for growing the business 5X.

 

Due to his broad knowledge of the business and deep understanding of the industry, in 2025 he was tapped by ownership to take on a broader role as the Terminal Manager.  Daniel continues to drive (pun intended) the business forward ensuring efficiency, accuracy and timely operations.

 

Out-of-office, Daniel enjoys an active & healthy lifestyle while spending time with his wife and daughter. He often volunteers at his daughter’s school and when alone time is required, he grabs his board and hits the slopes.

Jeff Briggs

Jeff Briggs

SVP / General Manager

Jeff has been in the furniture and moving industry since the 1990s. He started during the rise of the dot com era, constructing thousands of workstations across Silicon Valley. Since then, he has played every role in the industry. Today, Jeff is responsible for the overall quality of Mother Lode and Right Way’s work and ensures that our sales and operations teams are enabled to perform at the highest levels.
When he’s not at work, you can find him coaching his son’s football team or DJing.
