Freight Delivery Drivers
We’re a young logistics start-up seeking a full-time employee to join and grow with us. If you have a CLEAN driving record and 1-2 years of experience driving 26’ box trucks (or similar), you could be that employee. We’re seeking a Delivery Driver based in the Sacramento area (Gold River).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- As a driver, you will deliver/pick-up materials in Northern Calif. (including Bay Area and Reno)
- Load and unload materials to and from designated storage area, such as racks, shelves, or vehicles
- Complete warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging and transportation of inventory
- Follow safety policies and procedures and encourage other associates to do the same
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Clean driving record with a valid Class C Driver’s License
- A valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate allowing for operation in interstate commerce is required (company will cover cost)
- Frequent lifting of 50lbs or more
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to load, unload and sort packages, as well as perform other related duties
- Diligent attention to safety and detail
- Reliable and hard-working; willing to learn
- Exceptional customer service skills
